These are the first three test videos of the lesson package I’ve been putting together, focusing on blending traditional media and ultraviolet effects. These are the basics as I do them, with some demonstrations and tips to get your started. Further lessons such as ultraviolet blending and dual blending will be available on my Patreon. I'd also like to reach out to any digital artists who want to try printing out and colouring their lines in different ways.

      Once you've got some basic shading down, we'll start tinting it with a brighter colour to create gradients. Practice layering to build highlights and shadows, and learn how to lay colours down more smoothly once it's time to blend them together. This lesson is mostly about learning the basic technique I'm using, and you might find your own working variations soon enough.
